It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Jacqueline “Jackie” McGrath (née Daniels) of Cnoc Aoibheann, Clerihan, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, who died following a tragic accident on Sunday morning. Her sudden passing has brought profound grief to her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Jackie was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished grandmother whose life centered around her family. She is reunited in eternal rest with her father Michael and her beloved son Cristy, both of whom she held dearly in her heart. Jackie will be deeply missed by her husband Richard; her children Rachel, Megan (and their dad Ger), Sam, Richard, and Abbie; her mother Bridget; her parents-in-law Richie and Alice; her sister Tracy; and her adored grandchildren Leah-Rose, Isabelle, and Sophia. She also leaves behind a wide circle of nephews, a niece, extended family members, and many friends who will forever treasure her memory.
Jackie will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for those closest to her. She had a gentle and caring nature, always putting others before herself and offering support, comfort, and encouragement whenever it was needed. Her presence brought joy to family gatherings and strength in difficult times, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
As her loved ones come to terms with this heartbreaking loss, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences. May they find comfort in the love they shared with Jackie and in the many cherished memories she leaves behind.
Jackie will repose at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel, on Wednesday evening from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm, followed by removal on Thursday to St. Michael’s Church, Clerihan, for Funeral Mass at 11:30 am. Burial will take place afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
